BOMBAY BABY is a 12 pan palette inspired by the rich colors, culture, diaspora, and BLOODLINE of our owner, HP's, Indian heritage. All of the colors and names are a reflection of HP's Indian-American upbringing and this palette is our Love letter to all of the children of the Indian Diaspora 💖
Each shade in this palette is ultra-pigmented and formulated for rich and vibrant pay-off on all skin tones. This palette includes:
- 7 Soft Mattes: Pooja, Turmeric, Lassi, Sari, Holi, Ben, Krishna
- 4 Buttery shimmers: Chudiyan, Kulfi, Mehndi, Jal-Jeera
- 1 Pressed Glitters: Bindi

Did you know all of the colors and names for BOMBAY BABY were curated by our owner, HP, who is a child of the Indian Diaspora? Below is the description of each color and what exactly they mean to HP:
Pooja: A fiery red/orange matte shade. Inspired by the Pooja ceremony used to bless a new even in one's life. The pooja is the celebrate the birth of Meera Beauty Co.
Turmeric: A rich yellow matte shade. Inspired by the beautiful hue of the Indian spice of the same name, seemingly ubiquitous in all of India's delicious food
Chudiyan: A sparkly gold shimmer shade. Meaning "Bangle," Chudiyan is inspired by one of HP's favorite Bollywood songs as a kid - Bole Chudiyan from the Bollywood classic, Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham.
Lassi: A bright orange matte shade. Inspired by the wonderfully refreshing Mango Lassi, a delicious yogurt smoothie, that HP would drink on Sundays after a long day of Temple-going and Indian grocery shopping in the city.
Sari: A Vibrant Fuschia matte shade. Inspired by the glamorous and colorful Saris worn to all of the fabulous parties of the season.
Bindi: Sparkly deep purple/pink pressed glitter shade. Inspired by the Bindis or "dots" worn on the forehead, representing the Third Eye used to protect from evil spirits.
Kulfi: A bright pistachio green shimmer shade. Inspired by the delicious green Pistachio Kulfi ice-cream HP enjoyed with cousins on childhood visits back home.
Holi: A dark seafoam green matte shade. Inspired by the festival of colours by the same name! Holi is celebrated to mark the victory of good over evil.
Ben: A muted brown matte shade. Meaning "sister," Ben is dediated to all of the smart and strong sisters of the diaspora.
Mehndi: A glimmering brown shimmer shade. Inspired by the henna art adorned on the arms and feet of Indian brides before marriage. intricate and complex, like the people it adorns.
Krishna: A true blue matte shade. Inspired by Lord Krishna himself! HP Still remembers singing The Love of Krishna as a young kid in "Indian Classes."
Jal-Jeera: An army green shimmer shade. Inspired by the spiced lemonade HP remembers most from childhood trips back home.
