NEON NIGHT is a 9 pan Graphic Liner Palette inspired by HOLI, the ancient Indian "Festival of Color."
Each shade in this palette is ultra-pigmented and formulated for rich and vibrant pay-off on all skin tones but can be activated (with just a drop of water) to be as full-coverage or sheer as you prefer. This palette includes:
- 7 Neon Shades: Ritual, Soul, Passion, Wicked, Bloom, Honor, Flame and Prosper
- 1 Matte White: Victory
- 1 Shimmer Black: Wicked

Directions
Just add a drop of water into the dry pigment and mix. Within seconds, the pigment will turn into a smooth cream and will glide effortlessly across your lid! Once you are done, remember to keep the palette open until the pigment has completely dried out again, to prevent any moisture trapping. From there, it will be ready for re-use over and over again.
